We experienced a small outage just now but it seems to be back.

Can anyone point me to where I can submit a technical support ticket for this outage without access to the platform?  I do not see anything in the University or the Community that allows me to submit a request, only self-help articles.

@ Brianne Go to the Knowledge base page, then click on support.

@Brianne.Jones You need to login to Community site at the top of the page. Once logged in depending on what page you are on, click the top blue banner where it says “Docebo help” then “support’, unless you see ‘support’ already, then just click there.
