Anytime I try to access the New Reports page I get error messages and then a screen saying ‘No luck, try again later’. I’ve already submitted a ticket but i’m wondering if i need to warn the rest of my colleagues, or if it’s just on my end. So is anyone else seeing this?

Just checked and mine is working fine.


I had issues too and cleared my cookies/cache and retried and all is well. 


Yes, getting 3 red bars at the bottom of the screen saying “server error”. Tried it in Chrome and Edge. Both get it, but Chrome only shows the red bars and I can’t verify the error itself.

yes. I am getting the same error. I have tried clearing my cache but it didn’t work. We have a daily report that didn’t get sent today. Is this going to be fixed? Thank you


I have the same issue


We had problems with our reports not running on Monday but everything seems to be work okay now (fingers crossed!).


I cannot get on the platform at all.


We cannot access our platform at all right now. 


@NBouttell  Our report defect also seems to be resolved today for some reason..
