Hi everyone, I’ve been trying to test this for a while and wanted to know if you’ve noticed the same?
It seems like the prioritisation order in ILTs - of who gets provided with a spot in a session from a waiting list - is based on the date of course enrolment, not based on the date of enrolment into the session. Shouldn’t this be the other way round?
To illustrate this better:
| User | Enrolment in Course | Enrolment in Session | Waiting list to Session priority |
| User A | 15/05/23 | 17/05/23 | Prioritised over A, because enrolled in the ILT course first |
| User B | 16/05/23 | 16/05/23 | Second priority, even though chose a Session first |
