We're trying to improve our tracking as google analytics isn't good enough and would like to know if this is possible.

AFAIK there’s no way in Docebo to inject custom code directly into the HTML header. I’ve tried it myself...

Not “directly”, but there is a way to inject JavaScript indirectly that is currently unsupported by Docebo.  I consider it a critical feature that Docebo needs to officially support.  Until then you would need to DM me.
