Is Harmony able to pull information from courses imported from Docebo Content? I have test several different questions with Harmony and even asked where it got the information from since it wasn’t including a link to a course and it said it was just general knowledge because there were no courses on it. There are in fact courses on everything I tested with the search. We have also given it plenty of time to get setup as it is working as intended with all of our in-house created courses.

I don’t believe it is. I think it might have to do with the file type as Harmony does not currently directly pull from SCORM files. Because most of that third party content imported are SCORM packages, it won’t read it.

I have seen it reference external links inside of Channels though.

@missyb

In my experience, when I tested Harmony by asking questions related to content from our current training materials, it responded accurately and referenced the correct source material.

However, I also noticed that it still provides answers to questions that are not covered by any of our content, including general knowledge queries.

This behavior seems inconsistent with the release notes and articles, which state that the system should exclusively reference information available within the platform.

It pulls information from training materials we created ourselves. It is the third party content from Docebo Content that isn’t pulling information from.

I know that AI auto tagging cannot tag the third party content but it supposedly wasn’t off the table for being fixed because once upon a time it could tag them or so I hear. I had hoped with such a big update to AI and that they include a content marketplace update within in the same update as AI that they would have fixed it.
