We have a sandbox environment and I am trying to send a user notification. However I am not receiving the email from the system. The notification is activated and the users are in the branches selected.

Any ideas? What am I missing?

Check your junk/spam folders and perhaps connect with your IT team to ask about whitelisting emails from Docebo. We often see security settings block these emails. You also need to install a DKIM record to allow emails to flow; depends on your company security settings and policies in some cases.
