Hi all.

I’ve already created a ticket but I’m curious if there are any workarounds...I’ve got a colleague in China who brought to my attention that the GoLearn app is having issues with users in his region. The iOS app apparently is not working at all, & the Android is not much better.

Has anyone else in that region seen the same issue, & if so, have you come up with any suitable workarounds?

I am intrigued to see if anyone else has experience this. I wonder if it is being block as they have some interesting barriers. 


I’m based in China and can no longer use the Go Learn app downloaded from the Apple app store. The app fails to load anything when its opened.

I also understand understand Docebo is pulling the app from Chinese Android stores, but haven’t seen an explanation about why.

We’ll reach out to support as well, but please share updates if you get any!
