Is anyone else experiencing problems with the LMS system today. Created a power user last week and have had to re-setup today. Also, observation checklist was marked as complete and today some say in progress

hmm, definitely reach out to support...very worrying to see that your inputs have been lost or worst yet reverted to an earlier date without your knowledge.
