Hi All,
Has any one every had an issue where one learner can not change the language of the platform ? I have screen shared and they are doing this correctly however it defaults back to English and does not go into the selected language.
I have logged in as the learner and can change the language fine.
The functionality is there it just wont change - i am unsure what it could be
found the answer !
INFORMATION SHOULD ANYONE HAVE THIS IN THE FUTURE :-)
Mozilla Firefox was being used it wont allow the language change to work- worked fine on Microsoft
