I have learners that have completed all mandatory courses in a learning plan. The learning plan has a certificate assigned but for some reason the certificates are not showing as issued. Am I missing something?

and the certificate is attached to the LP? Did you also check under the Certificate app to see if the user was awarded there? If you did all the usual checks and you still do not see the certificate, I would recommend you open a ticket with support. I

tested and can see the certificate is available.

hi @rgraf may be a silly question but does the LP show as “Completed” for the user?

Yes, I went through all the usual checks. I just wanted to check with all of you that I hadn’t missed something before I open a ticket. Thank you!
