Learning Plan Error Message

Hello, is anyone having issues accessing learning plans from the admin menu? When clicking into them to make amendments we keep getting a error message saying “error message while processing the requested operation”. Users can still access the learning plans but when they click onto the course shells within them the courses don’t load.

I too am experiencing this issue! Tried all sorts to resolve it, but good to know it’s not a localised issue.

Hi Nina, I'm glad it’s not just us to! I have raised a ticket but hopefully it gets resolved soon.

Same here. Can’t access courses or LPs as an admin or a learner. This has beeen happening since around 6:30am EDT / 10:30am UTC.

Seeing 500 errors on the API calls in the background. We have opened a ticket with support.
