Learning Plan Notification

We noticed that Docebo in its latest update removed the option to send notifications to users whose learning plan had not yet started or was still in progress.

What is the solution to this problem?

We used this functionality.

Just had a look and can see its is missing. Wonder if this was deliberate or an omission. Did you ask support about this? You should open a ticket to ask and if possible post the reply here.

IN the meantime you can still use the course notification; maybe create one just for the courses in the LP and adjust the language to reflect that.

Morning - peace and love / peace and love. Every now and then I can hear Ringo saying it in my head...but I digress.

Um - I am pretty sure that what you are describing hasn't been this notification type since I have been in the system (about 4 years now). The one to leverage is the learning plan is expiring.
That said - it has a few well documented caveats to it that can sneak up on you. Mainly soft deadlines are not honored and once the validity is expired the learner cannot get into the LP or associated courses.

This can be a headache...I am speaking from experience.

The rest that my esteem colleague @lrnlab pointed out is true. Opt to leverage course notifications or digest notifications related to the courses in the LP….that should do it for you.
