I need to send out an email 60 and 64 days after a learning plan has been completed… but the notification trigger only allows ‘at the time of event’ - anyone got an workarounds that isn’t once the learner has completed the last course in the learning plan?
Learning plan is 14 courses, it is not locked.
+10Found this one that says to works with LP but I suspect it’s only about the courses (as per the short codes displayed) in the LP and the LP itself. It does have the option to send ‘after” so you may want to try it if you haven't already.
May I ask what the purpose of communicating with users 60 days after they completed the LP?
