We are experiencing significant lag when accessing the Learning Plans page. First, it was a blank page, then a 504 Gateway Timeout error. It’s now loading, but at a snail's pace.

We are experiencing the same issues. 


Same here. I can’t get into certificates or question bank.

 


We are experiencing this issue as well. Also had some delays in loading the our homepage and load times in general


Same here. Noticed this on the Notification and New Reports page.


Status page says everything is fine…

 


We’re having issues with Reports within courses not coming up.


I’m having issues with the External Training page appearing.


I’m observing lagging/slow loading issues across the platform. 


Although it doesn’t seem to have an official Known Issues post, they have communicated that there’s a partial service disruption resulting in latency issues and 5XX errors in the US (Virginia) service region.  I’ve been getting updates from Docebo System Status, which I’m subscribed to.

 

The issue has been ongoing since at least around 12:30PM EST 2/13/24 or earlier, and still isn’t resolved.


 


Is anybody outside of the US having issues as I am finding some of the pages very slow to load?


We are in the Eastern half of the US, still experiencing significant lag or incomplete loading on certain areas of the platform (Learning Plans and the Central Repository mostly). I know they’re working on the problem, it started yesterday afternoon. Hopefully it’s resolved soon.


Hi all, thank you for diligently tracking this issue via the Docebo Status page and bringing your concerns to the community! We now have a Known Issues post up, though the Status page will have the most up-to-date information.
