I have been trying to access the setting of the Learning Plans app, however, I get nothing, is there anybody else with the same error?
I just get blank spaces.

hmm, mine seems worse...lol...will be logging a ticket. thanks for posting this.
Oddly it seems to work using an incognito browser...give it a try...still logging a ticket though
