Legacy report filters

If I created an ad-hoc report under Legacy reports and applied a filter to allow select super admins and power users to have visibility, how can I find out who I gave those permissions to? Docebo only tells me how many people have been selected but short of going through every single learner listed, there is no other way for me to know who has visibility to the report I shared.

NOTE: I know these reports will no longer be accessible, I am trying to do a cleanup.

Eek! This is a great question! Unfortunately, you’ve ran into one of the major downsides of the legacy UI (it doesn’t show you which items were selected for a filter). We ended up maintaining a manual CSV file because of this for enrollment rule and group assignments.

I don’t see an audit trail option, nor an API option. I’d recommend submitting a ticket with support to see if there is another option other than clicking through each page until you can find the selected users (which is unrealistic). Can you please share your findings with the community? Thanks!
