Hello,

Is there a way to assign only certain lessons in a LinkedIn Learning course to offer the learner completion status for that course?

Specifically, we’re looking to have our learners take the Microsoft Teams course. Since we’re not an education facility, we don’t need to watch ‘Teams for Education’. I told my learners they could skip it, but they want to show the completion for the instructor/learner.

How do I do that?

Thanks

If this course is a single package you downloaded, there probably is no way to edit that.

I know I’m a bit late to this, but we had a similar situation at our organization.  (We are fully remote, so wanted to remove the “physical office” modules in one of the cybersecurity courses.)

To work around this, I created a learning path in LiL Admin and only included the sections of the course that we wanted learners to watch.  Then I downloaded the path as an AICC package and uploaded it as training material into my course in Docebo.

The only downside to this is that auto-play doesn’t work for the learning paths; a learner has to click to advance to the next module.  But in my mind, clicking to advance to the next module is less annoying then wasting your time watching modules that don’t apply.  :)
