We have a user whose progress in an elearning module is not properly tracking the LMS. They complete parts of the module, and when they come back to the content - its not complete anymore. Im not sure if its a bookmarking issue on the LMS side or the elearning module - but how can I generate the user logs to review them to see if there are any issues?

then it’s likely something with the user and not the course...the Docebo reports are what they are...you have some information but probably not as detailed as SCORMCloud…

if some parts are not tracking it could be an intermittent internet connection or some odd click flow on the user’s part; or maybe they are leaving the course open for too long and it times out and doesn't track...there can be many reasons why the tracking isn't happening for a single user...might be hard to track down.

if you want to look at the activity around our content, open the course and select the Reports tab...on the User Stats tab, locate the user and click on their username...you will see details on each module there.

question, is it just the one user having this issue? if not, you may want to have a look at your course package as it sounds like you might be missing some tracking triggers...

Thanks for the reply lrnlab,

As of right now it is one user, this content has been out of a few weeks and a few thousand have completed it. I was looking to see how I might access the logs that are create between the LMS and the eLearning module, like you could see with SCORMCLOUD.

Thanks lrnlab! I figured that might be the case, but I figured I would ask.
