In our site we used the labels in our Localization Tool to have SCORM on the table of contents show up as Interactive Learning. When playing with the new course player preview we noticed that this change on the localization dose not reflect on the new view.

that would be because you are just in preview mode...am thinking your CSS and other changes dont apply...if you apply it for all users you might see a difference...may be a good question for support…??

So I went into our Sandbox today and did apply the new look to all users rather than using the preview mode and was still unsuccessful with using the localization tool for these changes.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

you might want to log a support request...I would assume the labels have to be there since they are being used in both modes anyway. Sometimes, there are many labels that look the same so you may need to test out which ones can/should apply to a specific page/screen + refresh your browser after your changes are done.
