Looking for a solution: 100+ users to access courses without enrolling and purchasing training? Users have purchased content, need them to be able to access 33 courses, select and enroll in course without purchase. Would Groups work? Pages? APIs? CSS? Any other ideas?

have you looked at using Enrolment Links or Enrolment Codes?

or if you want to get fancy, you can use the Subscription app and have PU’s assign seats

You may be able to leverage the “External Catalog” to allow guests access to this select group of free courses.
FYI IF you also offer these same courses “for sell” it’s important to note that you can only have one cost per course, so it MAY be necessary to create a “Free” version of the course.

Thank you. We have looked at Enrollment Links, which is an option. Subscriptions would require PUs to assign training, not sure that will work for our customers.
