Our cancellation policy for ILT courses requires a student to be able to repurchase the course at a future date. The only option we have found is to unenroll the learner from the original course/session. However, we then lose the audit trail that the student had been absent/no-show. Any suiggestions?

I don’t have a solution but we have similar issues. Customers that no show a class are subject to a no show fee so we need to track these but we also want them to be able to enroll in a future session date/time. We have not been able to come up with a solution inside of Docebo to track and manage this.
