I’ve had a MAC OS user say they are unable to see the left hand main menu - pop-up blockers are off for the site. Any ideas?

+10I use Mac only with Safari and Chrome and have never had such an issue. Have you asked them to clear their cache, etc, reset the browser and try again? For Apple that usually solves issues.
+6Have seen folks partial zoom in as well and not realize it for things like this.
