Make fields mandatory within the external training page

At this stage, it's not ready for a proper technical assessment. We are still missing some key details, especially whether this refers to an external catalog/enrollment flow or to an external-link/custom page. We would also need the page URL or a screenshot, the list and type of fields that should be mandatory, and clarification on when those fields are completed in the user journey.

Once we have this information, we can determine whether we can address the requirement through configuration or whether it would require a product enhancement.

At one point (before the new Ideas portal) I had an Idea written up asking for this exact thing. We would want the option to make one or more fields in the External Training form mandatory for learners to fill out. Since that is not possible at this time, we faked it by putting an Asterix in the title of the field so it LOOKs like it’s mandatory to the learner, even though it’s not. It mostly works, but having it mandatory for real would be preferable.
