Is anyone else experiencing an issue with management receiving an Internal Server Error message when viewing My Team?

Management across our entire organization is receiving this error. As an Administrator, I logged in as a few different managers to see if it was isolated, yet I received the message each time.

A ticket has been submitted, yet I wanted to know if others are experiencing it, too.

I am experiencing a server error when I click on My Team from the Hamburger menu, so yes!

We received the following response from our Docebo representative. After the Certifications & Retraining app was enabled, we were able to view My Team again. This is a temporary fix until Docebo releases the update.

"The update containing a fix for this ticket is expected to be released on May 14, 2025. Please note that, based on the priority Docebo assigns to the issue described in this ticket, a fix may be released earlier than the provided ETA. Fixes for issues determined to have a critical impact are usually released within 48 hours. We will provide updates on the status of this ticket as we work to resolve it.
 
However, in the meantime, I have enabled the Certifications & Retraining app on your platform, as it seems that having that disabled was causing the issue. When I enabled this app, I can confirm that I am able to view the My Teams app. Can you please confirm this with me on your end?"
