Manager Screen - Overdue Courses

Morning all,

I’ve had a query from a line manager that when they click into their team, they can see ‘Expired certifications’ but ‘overdue courses’ doesn’t show anything (see screenshot yellow box)

When you click into the colleague, they in fact have a number of eLearning courses they haven’t started (status is enrolled), however that field doesn’t seem to link to this, so it gives the impression to the manager that only the expired certifications are outstanding.

What triggers this field, or what can we do to highlight this?

You have to add a due date in your course enrolments in order for a course to be considered “over due”. Once you have that they will apparently to manager when the user hasn't completed the course on or before the due date. It called, “end of validity” on the course enrolments tab.
