Good morning! We have extended enterprise clients that use their own subdomain of our site like subname.company.com/theirname- when mangers attempt to view My Team, they just get a spinning circle. I am able to reproduce this when I log in as them. If I login as them and login to our site url, they are able to see My Team.
The customer that reported it said it started about a week ago. Is this a known issue?
