+3I’m having some trouble getting my users to be able to see their certificate… We added certificates after the fact and I have about 150 folks who need a digital copy of their certificate…
I manually awarded the certificate for upon completion of a learning plan.. but the download certificate is not showing up…
Any idea what I should do? Anyone else having this issue?

can you see the certificate icon on the Personal Summary > Courses page?
Also checked the “Awarded Users” page of the actual certificate to confirm hey are assigned..

+3I apparently didn’t assign them to the learning plan… doh!
Now that I did that and they’re showing for me.. hooray!
