Hi,

We are a non-profit with multiple branches for different users based on profession. Is there a way to message specific users when we post new courses? Or is the Newsletter the only way to message out information to users?

If there is a message feature without having to create a newsletter, I’d appreciate some direction towards a user guide.

Thanks!

There is a notification called, New Course, but it’s only available to send to PUs and super admins. There aren't many such notificaitons that can be sent when no users have been enrolled.

We have a rotating tile on our homepage to advertise new courses using enrolment links to get the folks in quickly.

The rotating/advertising is how Ive seen most folks tackle this as it is usually much more single notification off than a full notification flow. I did have one person want a full notification flow and we build out an external one off of a course webhook, it was not on creation though since there is usually a lot more work done after creation and before people come in.
