Have any one experience a case for example, when we checked enrollment in session, there are showing 20 records enroll to a session. However, when we download the ILT report, the report will only be showing 15 records. The other 5 user not in the report is all enroll to the course within 3 to 4 hours prior we download this report.

+10Yes that would be normal since the report refresh cycle is by default set to every 4 hours. Please check the refresh time/date on the reports screen.
