There are some options under the Audit Trail but none specific to when a learning object was updated. Check under “Course Events”.

The problem is not all our materials are in the repository and data from Central Repository cannot be extracted. :(

From the Course Management area, if you select the courses you want information on → Choose Action → Export Courses Data → CSV with comma separator and include column names in first row → Select both the Course Details wanted and the Training Material Data option.

It may not give you all the info that you need dependent on versioning and how your business handles updates of the training material, but it at least will give you a creation date (likely the original creation date) and includes training material from both the CLOR and directly within a course. 

It might be helpful if you’re looking to see when a new training material was uploaded and applied to a course and another was hidden or deactivated, if that’s how it was replaced in the course outside of the Central Repository.
