Moving LinkedIn Learning account to other region

Hi there, we’ve been using integration between LI Learning and Docebo for some time. However, we recently moved our LI Learning account to a different region, and now we have a bunch of training that can’t be accessed unless they are re-imported (with the account change we had to re-assign licenses, too).

The issue arises because we previously imported a custom list, and many courses are now associated with plans and catalogues.

The only way I identified is to manually delete courses from both the course catalogue and repository before re-importing them in the marketplace. Otherwise, courses are indicated as imported, and you can’t take any actions.  Is there a more straightforward way for us to update the courses without doing it one by one?

If you imported them as courses, you will likely need to delete the old ones and import them again. Perhaps try importing the content only so this will live in the CLOR and you can then add it to whatever course you like. Wont solve your immediate issue but it may work better in the future if you encounter this issue again.
