Hi All, wondering if anyone has any experience with this and can shed some light on it. Sometimes, when we assign an instructor to a session via the VILT MS Teams integration, that the session will appear 2 times on the instructors calendar. We do not use shared caledars, each instructor has the session set to thier own account. We cannot pinpoint why or when this happens. When it does happen each teams event has a different meeting ID. To Resolve we have to have the instructor delete the events from their calendar manually, then we remove their account from the assignment of the session, save and then readd it, and the session will go back with just 1 event in the calendar. Help. It is very annoying.

+10If your sessions have more than a single event, it is likely that each calendar booking is for 1 event and not just one booking for the entire session. Did you happen to check that?

not for these! We create the event, assign to the instuctor, add thier teams account for the VILT method and it adds it right into their MS Teams and outlook calendar. 99 percent flawless.
+10hmm, that’s odd...do you use Connect with Outlook for your calendar invites? Did you open a ticket with support?
