I am wondering if there’s any way to configure certification on Docebo so that users must complete several courses in order to get a certificate, without grouping those courses into a learning plan?

Don’ think you can do that without placing the courses in a LP. Only 2 spots to link a cert are the course or LP (ok External training too but that doesn't apply here)
