Wondering if we do not have something set up properly? When our supervisors go to their My Team page, they can see that some of their team has course overdue, however when they head over to the courses tab, it’s showing that nothing is overdue?
+10the course tab is pulling from Insights which is on different refresh cycle than reports (only every 24 hrs). Could that be why you are not seeing the same data? If not you might want to open a ticket with support.
