I’ve recently started testing MyTeams. For the reporting tab, is there a way to automate reports so they are automatically sent out to managers every week?

@cshea - good evening. My Teams reporting is a very new feature with a modification to improve the data available in a few of them not a week old.

The short answer is that you will not achieve what you are describing with My Teams reporting. There is no scheduled feature - it is all on demand by the manager themselves.

Alternatively? You maybe able to achieve something by leveraging a PowerUser profile and groups. A fair warning - this suggestion does not scale well.

Consider a different alternative…have teams “fish” a report that is publishing itself regularly that can be served up via a type of BI reporting function at your organization…
