New Reports - No Data since 10/1/2025

Anyone else having issues with the New Reports?  We have an open ticket as no new data has been available since 10/1/2025.  Old reports is working fine and we are hosted on US East (N. Virginia).

Is it just us?  Support has provided zero details and the Docebo System Status Page is all green.

 

We have a ton of schedule reports, so this is quite a disruption for our partners.

I think this is you all. We use New Reports all the time and are coming out of the same data center..

A recommendation - take a look at your Background jobs - things can get stuck every now and then and showing that to support? They should be able to give you the best advice on the next course of action.

Thanks for confirming!  I figured it was just our site, otherwise we would have seen an outage or incident.

Our background jobs are running fine, just no new data.  Support has escalated to one of Docebo's Full Stack Engineers from the Learning Analytics Team, but no ETA or details.  They did mention a data pipeline issue.

I’m having this same issue and also located in the N. Virginia area. Last week it wasn’t pulling any data but this week it’s incomplete.

We have updated data in our New Reports now.  Docebo support sent this, so not fully resolved yet:  

After investigation, our developers have opened a ticket with our Data Services Team to resolve the data sync issue.

 

@fkmaxwell be sure to open a ticket with support so they know your data is part of the issue.  Our ticket # is #1120586.
