Has anyone else had problems with report retrieval latency? We’ve been trying all morning to pull reports, and they won’t process. The background job icon doesn’t even appear when you export a report. It’s like it’s not registering the export request.

Yes! It is apparently a known issue they are working.
I just tested this & it works okay on our system. It sounds like you’ll need to submit a ticket.
Have you tried pulling a report directly from a course, or are you using the Report menu? I tried both options & both worked as expected.
Sometimes it’s not reflecting on the background job icon, you need to go to the Background Job setting to check which will take another step.
It was an issue on Friday, but should be working now.
