Anyone else experiencing errors on login or sign off with the new SAML?

  1. Login through MyApps - No issues, works as expected
  2. Login through direct URL/shortcut, which should trigger Microsoft authentication: Error produced

  3. When signing out of Docebo: Error page

Prior to the new SAML update there have not been any issues with this.

Just tested this in our sandbox and can confirm I am receiving the same error when using a link. This could cause significant issues for us as we have the link bookmarked for access for our users.

I reached out to our IT team to add the reply URL listed in the error to Azure and this fixed the issue

UPDATE - Support confirmed the errors as well and are working on a fix prior to pushing to Prod and rolled back the activation in our Sandbox until fix has been implemented.

Has this issue been resolved? Are you all able to access the Sandbox now?

@swarna qawi We could always access sandbox as long as we navigated directly through MyApps. The feedback from Docebo regarding the errors on accessing through a direct link/shortcut and when signing out, was that they will be looking into this to resolve prior to pushing to prod. LindsayP had stated that updating the reply URL solved the signout issue, my understanding is that Docebo’s fix would eliminate that as a required task
