Can non-power users download a new custom report which has been delivered to them via email as a scheduled report? In the past we haven’t have any issue with non-power users being able to download reports this way however, in recent weeks we’ve been receiving many reports of errors when non-power users try to download reports from scheduled emails.

yes, just make sure to uncheck this option when creating your reports

 


@millipore-stephen This may be a platform error; we’ve been suffering it as well for a couple of weeks. In our case, it wasn’t PU vs non-PU, but whether the user was logged into the platform BEFORE clicking the link. If they logged in prior to downloading, then all was well.

I’d submit a ticket if you haven’t already.


Thanks @lrnlab & @KMallette for the thoughts. We had submitted a ticket but had been told it was fixed. Will submit another one and use both of your suggestions in the mean time.
