We’re in the process of moving a software platform certification exam from an external service into Docebo. I’ve got it working and after some hiccups with reporting, I’m quite happy with how this will work.  If they fail the exam, they can’t re-take for 30 days, and I’ve got that set up in the course. What I can’t figure out though is how to automatically notify them when that time has elapsed and they’re able to try again.

I’ve dug through articles and the notification documentation and can’t find an answer.  Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi @kgmeloy I do not believe there are any such notifications.

you might need two use the one called, User has failed exam, to add some text to let your folks know to book some time in their calendars...

Thanks @lrnlab.  Yikes. That’s a bit more clunky than I was hoping to hear. Feels like a system that knows when a user fails (or does anything at all, for that matter) should be able to allow us to generate custom notifications based on any data/criteria available. Very disappointing.
