We're looking to customize observation checklist notifications by assigning different notifications to different checklist types. However, it appears that the system only supports a single notification applied universally across all checklists.
Is this a current platform limitation, or is there a configuration we might be overlooking that would allow for customization?
+10Some notifications do not have the same triggers and recipient options as some others. If you do not see those options, than it’s likely that they are global in nature; meaning the same template is used for all users and circumstances.
