I have 4 courses which are an Observation Checklist only.
A team (share one login and password to view LMS) are notified that a user has enrolled into the course and the assessment team will see the OC to complete as TO DO. The setting in the training material are set to YES for end object marker which marks the course completed when the assessment team complete and submit the OC
This process only triggers if a user who is enrolled actually physically opens the course. I have tried to enrol and mark as completed as a superadmin but this process bypasses the notification trigger.
Apart from login as the user to activate the trigger is there a way anyone can think of activating this process without the user having to open the course?
