Observation Checklists Issue with new update

We have been successfully using OC for the last year, as training material in courses (not scheduled OC)  We have a new location with 2 new courses that we have duplicated previous OC for.  They are not working at all in the new location.  I have tried deleting them, changing the observer to a different manager, typing in that managers name directly and still get the same error.  Anyone dealing with a similar issue.

I did start some tests and have not seen any issues thus far. Server errors are best logged with support and if you can a video showing the issue, that’s ideal.

Yes, I have a ticket open, they were able to duplicate the issue.  No solution yet, I’ll keep you posted!

I can confirm we are experiencing a similar issue! I have a ticket in as well and it sounds like Docebo has identified the issue and is working to investigate, so I’m hoping to hear an update soon. Observation Checklists are becoming a key part of our organization’s learning materials as we go paperless so I’m eager to get this functionality back as soon as we can! Strangely enough for us, it doesn’t seem that existing setups of this are affected, only new ones.

Latest update was they may have it resolved by month end (End of August) Fingers crossed!

We have not been able to schedule any OCs for a few weeks now. A ticket is open as there is a known / on-going issue for Docebo.
