Has anyone had an existing partnership with OpenSesame and moved over to the Docebo Content by OpenSesame (DCOS)?

I would like to hear what your feedback is regarding the change and how you are liking the DCOS compared to the OS platformm along with any learnings that you feel should be shared with organizations considering making the switch

Did you lose any ability to curate courses by previewing in full? I would need to allow for numerous curators across regions and departments, I saw a post about only a 5 min preview which doesn’t work for us, we would need to be able to vet courses in full.

Do courses get created in FULL in Docebo with DCOS? The manual course creation with only SCORM import is painful

If you had to do it all over, would you still make the switch or stay with a direct OS vendor config?

You get to preview the full course. They are in the process of updating Docebo Content by OpenSesame and you can now import content as a course or send it to the CLOR in the event you want to have multiple items in a course or you have a workflow set up that goes better with duplicating courses and just adding training material rather than importing as a course. I recommend looking at the most recent product update information on the content marketplace to see all the changes. You can also turn on the content marketplace in platform to give visibility to people who are not superadmins and allow them to import content. We do not have that turned on so that may be where you only get 5 minute previews.
