Hello - for those that have been running optional ILT sessions that will not be repeated, once you've marked attendance, do you remove enrollments for everyone who did not attend so that they don't get the "you haven't yet completed this" notifications?
After running a recent optional ILT, the course is showing as “Not Started” but locked and under maintenance for those that enrolled but were unable to attend. We do not want learners to receive notifications, but do not want to unenroll for reporting purposes. I appreciate any feedback!
