+1Is there anything to be aware of when selecting the Password Dictionary Check option? Will this force a password change for all users or just certain users who don’t meet requirements? I did a trial run and it doesn’t seem to add much extra security. It allowed me to use simple, common passwords still like ‘password11’. Any ideas what exactly it checks for?

I wanted to update this thread with the response I received from Docebo Support.
“If the password is exactly just a common word, without any numbers or symbols attached (ie. password), then the dictionary check will prevent the user from using this password. Additionally, changing a users password as a Superadmin doesn't apply the restrictions. It only applies at a user level.
As for forcing a password change. Currently, when enabled, users aren't asked to change their password if it matches the dictionary. They can log in using the same password as before, and no notification will appear telling the user to change their password.”
