Hello has anyone run into the issue of users joining an ILT session as the host? We will have a training with several people joined as the host’s name. Then the instructor can’t access the zoom host functions.

Yep happens for me also except if the instructors are enrolled in the session as a “tutor” not a “learner” they are linked to the host role.
I have had to ask all my instructors to change their name when they are the first few to join the session.
Annoying to say the least and strange behaviour.
