We have a need for a Personality Profile PDF to be held within a users profile area. In an ideal world the user’s Manager would be able to see the PDF as well. I could see this benefiting other organizations who need to attach certain profile/achievement documents with a user.

Solved.
I added the External Training app. Configured the app. Uploaded a PDF to a user. Was able to see the PDF as the user under my Personal Summary. The Manager can also see the PDF by looking into MY TEAM, selecting the team member, and looking in their External Training tab.
