Power User Course Management View Change

We had this appear (and it has now reverted). Difficulties we had with the new view were:

• Could not archive enrolments
• Could not easily view enrolments and status etc., without going to the reports tab and viewing from there
• Could not setup VILT (online) sessions - only physical locations
• Could not see how evaluation was going to work (sometimes our trainers evaluate the next day and need to change the evaluation date from the default to the actual course date)
• Less options, for example to set a new session to attendance only (not evaluation) .. and we use attendance for webinars v. evaluation for classroom-based

Also the admin team hated the new layout

Did it just revert by itself?

Hi, we noticed some hours ago about this change, when we had to create a new session. 

The first challenge we faced is how to add a Virtual Classroom or a link to virtual session. There are any fields to do it in this new view. Did you find the way to do it?

Also, the event management is embedded in the session management.

Log out and back in - then it reverted … and has done for my whole admin team.

We're also currently experiencing the same changes on the ILT page. According to Docebo Support, the system is temporarily displaying an older UI. They’re aware of the issue and are actively working to restore the usual ILT interface as soon as possible.

Hopefully, this will be resolved within the day.

We experienced this with our super admins too.  Glad it’s being looked in to.  Another thing we had was notifications that were set to send to instructors, going to all of our users.  Has anyone else experienced this?  We’ve logged this with our supplier.

​@AshlieKnight We haven’t got any notifications set up to go to instructors, so I can’t comment, sorry. But I hope you get it resolved quickly!

Looks like a legacy screen popped in there for a while. Checked our sites and have not seen this behaviour. Happy to hear it’s resolved for you.
