I’m hoping someone maybe able to help here…
We’re starting to leverage the Power User function and I’ve clearly done something wrong when setting up the permissions.
Basically, when one of our Power Users enrols a user into a course it’s putting the user onto the waiting list. I’ve not enabled the waiting list in the course settings and so I’m not sure what’s happening.
I’ve read the guides as to how I create the Power User profiles, but it’s a bit of a minefield.
Is anyone able to offer advice so that I can stop this happening?
